Extensive Experience and a Commitment to Personal Attention in Valparaiso and Northwest Indiana

At the office of Richard P. Busse, Attorney at Law, I offer extensive experience and a high level of personal service and attention to individuals and businesses throughout northwest Indiana. I have operated my own small business for over 40 years and have provided legal counsel to clients in the area for 17 years. I understand the legal challenges you face, whether you are an individual facing a personal bankruptcy filing, an entrepreneur seeking to start a business, or a person dealing with a family law problem.

Law is my third career. I have over forty years of practical contact with people as a small business owner/entrepreneur and over thirty years of experience as a teacher in higher education. My life-long interest in civil liberties finally led me to law school. Now I am helping others in solving their financial and family problems. Enhancing the life of "individuals-in-community" is the goal of my practice of law.
